One-Act Plays performed this weekend; events/deadlines May 1-3

One-Acts On Stage This Weekend Nottingham High School theater is back with its annual May One-Act Weekend. Students will be staging 13 Ways to Screw Up Your College Interview, My Homework Ate My Dog and Wait, Wait, Bo Bait. Shows (Nottingham H.S.) are Friday and Saturday, May 3 and 4, at 7:30 pm. No Sunday matinee. Free admission; donations welcome. One-Act plays best appreciated by an age 8 and over crowd. Lots of Ed. Smith alumni will be performing, and it promises to be an entertaining evening. Also in May… STEM Family Fun Evening-Wednesday, May 1st, 5:30 to 7:30p.m. Ed. Smith School. The Edward Smith K-8 PTO is holding a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Family Fun Evening on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.. We plan to actively engage children and their families with hands-on engineering events and activities (centers). May 1st–deadline for the June/Summer edition of The Howler. Events to be included can take place in June, July, August, and even September. Friday, May 3rd-deadline to order the Ed. Smith Yearbook.
